I had assumed the inspection was complimentary. The technicians who came to my home were professional and knowledgeable. They spent 30 minutes inspecting the chimney cap and taking measurements. However, they left only a handwritten sheet with dimensions and no clear documentation about pricing, fees, or next steps. Two days later, I received an invoice from an unfamiliar email address that did not clearly identify the company, adding to the confusion. When I spoke with accounting, they were polite, but the situation highlighted a lack of transparency around pricing. Because of the unexpected fee and communication issues, I went with another company. "

"Terrible work, terribly overpriced. Tech broke my vent cover on installation leaving a large hole and the cage wasn't even flush with the wall then just left without telling me they had damaged my property. Took 3 calls to get someone to call me back and repair the poor work and no one ever apologized or offered a discount. Communication is also awful. Never gave advanced notice of when the tech would show up and she then came on a different day than what she had previously said and acted annoyed that I wasn't at home. To make it all worse there were never any mice even caught and I suspect I was scammed and told that droppings from prior work last year were fresh. The company didn't honor their warranty from work done last year because it was a different franchise owner and the new franchise charged an outrageous amount. Now I'm having difficulty getting through to cancel the monthly service I don't need because I don't even have mice. Never use them."
