Build team even came out with a metal detector to locate my property line (rebar) in the ground, that way my fence line was maximized. "I first met Wes about 1 year ago while we were working on a condo tp flip. Wes did all the plumbing in three baths and the kitchen remodel including installing the new sink, faucets and gas stove. 
Since then we have used him several times attending to issues in our rental units. He always responds in a timely manner. He has a good rapport with our tenants, has a professional manner while doing the repairs, and leaves the job site as neat as he found it. And most importantly gives me clear and concise information as to what has to be done to correct the issue.  
This last call had him working Saturday night and again on Sunday morning replacing a condo hot water heater that was wedged into a too small closet under the steps. Never complained, just called me and calmly described what needed to be done and why.

6/25/14 Sad to say my latest experience was not on par with my earlier experiences. Had to have them come back to re-install counter top that had not been secured to the base cabinets, to install the provided laminate end cap on one side of counter top and to replace the end cap on the other side which was not finished even with the counter top and was damaged by installer. Also, the 18" bath vanity was a least a half inch out of level after install. Vanity sink drain stem lever was not attached. Kitchen issues were resolved after the second trip. Bath issues resolved by me."
