It took a few months to get them out to walk the job and schedule, but I was told that when I called (I think Covid home improvement demand kept them busier than normal). Mark showed up as scheduled, made some good recommendations on his proposal. It was a big job and I was told it might take 1 1/2 days, but they completed the entire job in one day and left the yard spotless. The crew was hard working, polite and efficient. "Efrain came several times to the property so we could discuss design aspects. He was so patient with me as well as the changes I made each time before I got a quote and he started work. We had a difficult area to have work done in Venice being in the middle of the block and our back alley too small for a standard construction truck to fit. Efrain investigated and figured out the best way to get the excavated soil out as well as the pavers and road base onto the property. Efrain is a man of great character. Once work began, he and his staff were incredibly respectful of our tenants, the property, and our neighbors. He was an artist in several areas, he leveled each and every paver by hand as well as used his expertise in concrete to direct areas for water to drain from the property during rainfall. When I decided to do change orders, he didn’t take that opportunity to charge me a vast amount of money because he knew I had no choice if I wanted the work done. He and his staff always cleaned up after themselves and made sure no one would be in danger of walking across an unsafe area.
