"These folks did an amazing job. The project began from initial design work, drawings in 3D of the intended details, revisions to the final choice. Scott and team are extremely detail oriented, down to the 1/32and quot; of the inch. Other venders we spoke with about this same project were using standard stock cabinetry with industry standard 3and quot; too 5and quot; fillers. The other venders would have supplied cabinets which incorporate 1/2and quot; thick particle board carcasses, Which is customary. not Scott they built every part using 3/4and quot; solid lumber core hardware plywood's! All the doors and drawers were built of sold hardwoods which were dovetailed with the finest quality hardware I have ever viewed! There attention to every last detail is astonishing! These words only do credit to the quality of the constructed cabinets, now lets talk a bit about the impeccable quality and the fit and finish of the total project. My wife and I have owned and improved a total of nine homes in the past 30 years in four states. So we can tell you with absolute certainty having been through many improvement projects in our time what makes a great contractor. Attention to the details, total quality execution, a team who is not only polite, caring, concerned and interested about you the customer , but I recognize they are more concerned about every last detail even more so then myself. That is what I know makes an amazing job. The kitchen and bath cabinets we had painted white, with complementary black and mica granite tops , stainless steel appliances, white and black veined marble backsplash along with complementary matching marble tiles for the shower along with glass doors. "The install of granite we would give an A.  Did a great job there, and it looks very good.  However, do NOT hire them to do your plumbing.  Either do it yourself, or hire a trusted plumber.  Faucet in sink was installed by owner, Andy.  It was very loose, and had to be tightened.  But the worst part, the drain under the sink was installed c***-eyed, and leaked.  Instead of calling Andy back again, who obviously was not a good plumber, my husband and brother-in-law spent a 1/2 day to reinstall.  I am VERY upset that we had to fix his mistakes. <br />"

"Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

"Kris Jones did mainly all the work.  Because of my husbands father passing away in February 2015, we made a 12 hour trip every three weeks to take care of his parents estate. We had no problem giving Kris total access to our home while we were away.  Honestly, we considered Kris like family and as far as his work, he was meticulous!  (this was my very handy/dandy husbands description of Kris' work). When some of the grain on the kitchen cabinet doors didn't look as nice, Tim July kept telling us, "we want you to be happy".
