"Quote process was on time, Sean was very professional and on time. Install of system was fast. Things changed from quote that I was not advised of though and I felt I should have been advised. For example, I was quoted 8 zones, and 28 sprinkler heads. I got 5 zones and 19 sprinkler heads when all said and done. I bought my own smart sprinkler controller and a separate zone for an upper garden(which we did not do) was quoted. Sean said he would credit me for the controller, and the separate garden zone off the original quote, however, when the bill came the day following installation these items were still included with the balance due, of $3823. I called to dispute the charges and Sean apologized for the oversight on the billing, and corrected that right away. I mentioned the zones and head issue and Sean said that quoting was not highly precise. He said he included an inline sediment filter (not included with original quote) that offset the zones and head issue. I had a couple of problems after installation that NW responded and took care of right away. So from a service perspective they were very good. But I was not happy with quoting process or the final billing because I felt the inline filter did not offset the reduction in zones and sprinkler heads. So overall, I give the process in general 3 stars. 5 for service, and 1 for quoting and billing."

"We worked with Jim and Warners Outdoor Solutions to relandscape our yard and install a backyard stamped concrete patio. Jim and his team was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. They delivered their services in a timely manner and quickly addressed any concerns that we had. I would highly recommend then for any lawn or landscaping needs. They were not the cheapest but I believe you get what you pay for and in the end we had beautiful landscaping and stamped concrete project that was done very well."

"Representative came by Monday after inquiry and did overview of property. Proposed plan & estimate were available in a short time. Contractor contacted city to obtain information and permission needed, as we decided to irrigate our lawn from a back yard pond (small abandoned quarry). Contractor knowledgeable and easy to reach. Originally planned date of installation had to be postponed a week due to a crew member injury. Contractor arranged marking of buried yard utilities for both dates. Work was accomplished expeditiously in a single day; the sprinkler system appears to work as intended. All extraneous material was removed from site."

"I got 4 estimates and liked MN Irrigation the best. Their proposal wasn't the lowest, bit it made the most sense. Steve told me that the long, bad winter delayed start ups on existing systems and had pushed new work back. He ultimately was able to meet the deadline I had for getting the system installed. He occasionally was slow to respond, but he always did respond. The plumber was good. The installation staff were professional and repeatedly answered any questions. They explained how to run the system. When a couple of spray heads needed adjusting, Steve came out the same day and made every adjustment I asked for. I would use them again and plan to have them do the Fall blow out and system shut down."

In the process they found some sprinkler heads that were not operating correctly and they replaced them. They are responsive to our calls and prompt and correcting any issues that arise with our lawn irrigation system."

I talked to the owner, and he was without a doubt the most knowledgeable person that I have talked to about sprinklers. He came out and supervised the job himself, and did an excellent job."
