"When I called their office he was very prompt in sending someone to the site for ideas. They drew a wonderful preliminary plan. Then I requested that Doug Fullerton come back so we could make changes. He had wonderful ideas. He started the work in just a few days. He did everything we wanted, and he did it wonderfully. The prices were reasonable. He also moved a shed so that we could make better use the space. The customer service was terrific. I can't imagine anyone could have done a better job with no stress or hassle. It looks beautiful, and this was all done in just 3 weeks, was exactly how long he said it would be! His team excavated the original grass, laid down the gravel sublayer, installed the framing, and then installed the artificial grass. Extremely hard working crew! "We had hired Craig in August 2018 to put a comprehensive drainage system in our back yard, which is still proving to be an excellent investment due to he and his team's outstanding work. When we had another drainage issue, this time in our front yard, he was our first and only choice to come take a look. We needed to figure out where an underground pipe in the front of our house was draining, since water was forming at the front corner of our property. A Roto Rooter serviceman told us that the pipe was crushed and needed to be replaced. And when I called Craig to see if he could do it, he said he wanted to take a look first. He brought a few of his team members to our house and dig some digging, both where the water was forming and where the pipe begins at the front of our house. It turned out the pipe does not go to the front of our property at all, but moves a few feet from the house and goes straight down to a dry well. Instead of charging us for labor or simply telling us Roto Rooter was right and offering to replace the pipe, Craig not only told us we could hold off on doing anything, he also didn't charge us for the labor at all. This type of integrity has been hard to find as we have done home improvements over the past few years. It's why Craig's cell phone number is the only contractor's number I've saved in my phone. We consider him a lifetime relationship, and he's the only one we will ever call for this or any type of landscaping work."

"The job went very well from start to finish.  This was an Angie's List deal of 4 man-hours for $199.   Due to the good response to the Angie's List offer, Brett had to schedule the job a few weeks out.  He contacted me in a timely manner, and showed up as promised, on time and prepared.  A week or so before Emerald Green Landscape arrived,  it had snowed and we had a spell of cold weather, so the leaves were wet and matted down.  Plus, a large part of the yard is covered with pachysandra.  They did an excellent job of overcoming these obstacles and left the place in tip top shape.  They also cut down a small tree that was storm damaged, cut the wood into firewood and stacked it -- this was beyond the scope of the job.  I am extremely pleased and would recommend Brett Pearson and Emerald Green Landscaping without reservation.
