"It's always difficult to get someone who is willing to come by to fix those little annoying problems you have, but not Tom. I had 1 leaky faucet and 1 frozen faucet(due to hard water). Tom came explained what needed to be done and I hired him to fix it. Very pleasant to work with. Also cleaned up after all the work was done. I have his card now and will not have to stress when I need a good plumber in the future. No job is too small for Tom!! He will be back in New Year to install a tankless water heater."

Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he explains everything that he does in detail and provides information on how to maintain and upkeep the work he does. There is a distinct night and day difference in how we have hot water and a sink that properly drains. You can see this in the photos how the flow is now more streamlined. We expect to work with Ken on future projects that come our way."
