MENA Concrete was an excellent choice! Tino and Freddy, owners, provided a timely and accurate quote, arrived on time, stayed on schedule and their team was polite, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Once I saw them in action and knew I had a made a solid choice, I approached them about expanding the job. They were so pleasant to deal with and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted by communicating with me through the whole job! Their work was excellent, their experience and skills delivered a wonderful finished patio and sidewalk that we be enjoyed for years. I received a lot of value for a great price! "We needed to refresh our rocks in our xceriscaping, it was very spare. We ordered 12 tons of 3/4" Colorado Rose rocks, the same we had. They turn less red after a while with the rain and snow. So eventually it will all look uniformed. Isaac responded quickly to my quote request online and even offered to stop by the same evening as we were ready to do this project. His crew/employees and he did an amazing, filling in all the bare areas (many) and refreshing all with a thin layer of the new rocks, just as we requested. They cleaned up the areas upfront where the rock had been delivered and all other areas as well. Everyone was professional and very nice. Great job, thank you. We couldn't be happier."

"I hired this company to build a new deck in the beginning of July. It is now the middle of September and my deck is still not finished. While the time frame is not completely their fault due to material delivery they wouldn’t show up for days at a time when material was available to work with. There were times they would show up and only stay for a couple hours. The whole process was a nightmare. Their lack of quality shows in all areas of the deck. I drafted the plans myself and they were approved by the building department. I provided them with copies of the plans. They messed up 4 of the 5 concrete piers because they measured them wrong. Instead of redoing them. They poured square pads over them that were only poured on the surface for three of them. One of the outside piers was supposed to be 10 inches. They messed up the measurement then poured a 16 inch pier over it that is approximately 1.5 ft above ground. They also cut a sprinkler line that went through the pier instead of pouring over it like I explained to them. I had to replace one piece of siding that met with the deck. I bought matching siding to replace it. The workers broke the siding while moving it. They bought new siding that was cheaper and did not match the existing siding. They additional broke off another small piece of siding that was not fixed. They left material all throughout my yard for weeks, leading to my grass dying and my sprinklers unable to work because they were covered up. Nails and screws were everywhere until I picked them up. The posts were cut short for the railing, so they nailed pieces of extensions on top of the posts. They messed up fastener spots for the rails leaving holes in the railing. They originally used screws for the framing. They had to be replaced with nails even telling them before they started nails had to be used and it was in the plans from the building department as well. They used facia board for the steps until I explained to them what the facia boards were for. Leading me to be short on facia boards for the rest of the deck. They also started the deck flooring using a facia board, realized the mistake and replaced. But at that point the facia board could not be used elsewhere as it was notched for posts. I bought flashing for the ledger that was never used. When I questioned them about it he stated the siding and ledger were already put on. The quality of work was below average at best. They cut corners and I found it very concerning I had to explain to them parts of building a deck."

"They were supposed to take the slate that I already had and flip it over. We argued about that and I just got tired of arguing with her. It's like she does what she wants to do. She did not do the job nicely and no attention to detail. And they took all my molts and they did not bring it back and they brought some garbage instead. I even called her to made if specific. With the concrete, I don't have any complaint for that, they did a great job, but with the slate, they were not painting the slate correctly. That's a wrong color and they were messy and yellow stands out. She brought me yellow instead of brown. It was supposed to be brown not yellow but she bring me yellow. I ended up painting it myself. And I just got tired of arguing with her. She did give me $150 as a refund because I was going to paint it myself. She brought me flowers and the plants were dying. She brought six plants and two of them were dying and I did not made that attention. She brought me two more of the same time which were wrong to begin with. I didn't know how to fix it. So, I used the app and they told me they were sick. I'm still working with them. But the last two were dying too and I was not going to go through it."
