The property was cleaned up well, all trash picked up and removed, and my flower beds were not harmed at all which were close to the house. He inspected the locations of the leaks, found some seals that had broken down, and found the rest of the roof was in good condition. In his review he showed pictures of what he found. He said it would take five minutes to apply a new seal in those areas and he'd be happy to do it for free.
