In the past, they've installed and modified our irrigation to perfection as well. The installers didn’t make a complete mess of the property, especially when they were digging the trenches. The sod was put back nicely, which is a HUGE deal for me. And they took their shoes off to go into the basement after working in mulch, grass and dirt. I specifically asked about how it would look after since I was having a gathering using the back yard that weekend and wouldn't have scheduled the installation for then, but I was assured you wouldn't be able to tell they installed the lines once they were in. When I pointed it out to the manager, his didn't care and said that was normal. It may have been, but then someone should have been honest with me about it when I asked."
