That preventative measures need to be taken outside with my downspouts to keep water away from the foundation to prevent further erosion, thus further damage. "We liked them, but we just have not decided what we're going to do.  I would say just on the person that we met and his knowledge and everything, really good.  I liked that the man was very knowledgeable and very pleasant, very willing to answer any questions, and even we could call him later if we had more questions.  They are somebody I would definitely deal with if we decide to do the work.  He was here actually a little early, just came in, we talked about what we wanted, we went out and looked at the porch and the area around it, and he was just altogether really good.  I had a very good feeling about if we decided to do the work and have him do it.  The estimate was detailed, and then he explained it as well.  I know some people will just write it up and hand it to you, but he went through each thing, we'll do this and we'll do this, and this is how it works and everything.  I thought the estimate seemed to me lower than I was anticipating because I really had no idea what to anticipate.  My husband thought it was a little high, but he also had no idea on what to anticipate.  I thought it was fair.  I don't have that much experience in getting quotes.  If we decide to do the work, we will have them do the work. "
