"Had to replace an ancient Jenn-Air drop-in range with downdraft (installed in 1979) with a new LG duel fuel gas stove/electric oven range slide in. Knew it would take some work. Randy and Dan were great during the installation. Tim was very responsive."

"I was not only pleased with the work completed, but when Shane said he would be on the job, he was on time and completed the work in a very timely manner. He and his employees were courteous and accommodating. I would certainly hire him again."

"We scheduled this work to be done while we were out of town on vacation. We came home and everything was completed- no problems, and done exactly as we wanted. Could not be happier."

"The floors ended up looking much better than what we expected. Joe was always quick to respond to questions (will even text if you prefer). Don't know if you'll find anyone else who has as much passion for wood flooring. Price was very reasonable too."

"We met Jerry at the Cincinnati Home & Garden Show in March 2013.
We were looking to move and wanted him to re-do our current residence (Blue Ash, Ohio)
Misplaced his business card in August - when we found another residence (Blue Ash, Ohio)
We got a copy of a Home & Garden Program from Hart Productions in August - seeking Jerry. - Found Him
He honored the price given us at the Home & Garden Show
Jerry & Jeff started on October 1st and finished October 7th.
Completely stripped down all of the wood in the house.
Stained and Coated
Floors are beautiful - I have pictures from start to finish
Would hire him again, he was honest, knowledgeable & trustworthy !
We found a new home 3 miles from our present home.
We ended up remodeling the new house and decided to spend the money there instead of the old house.
Other work is in progress now - Kitchen ...
We plan to move in the last week of October 2013 - or sooner.

"Installers played music very loudly while working and left garage door open to house while working.
Floor looks ok from quick glance but when you look closely as in when cleaning you can find lots of defects in wood patches where nicks and chips were tried to cover up and in one spot even a staple is visible that was tried to cover with wood filler.  They also used LOTS of staples to hold the wood floor down which caused splintering of my subfloor.  It took me 2 hours to clean up
the mess it made in my basement below this room.  I would not call them again
