"I shopped around and had Schriber's do some temporary carpet in my living room knowing later on I would do a complete gut and redo. Later when I gutted and after I applied new subfloor I shopped again for vinyl plank. A great finished floor may require some prep work. Most places wanted me to do the prep work, and since I don't know much about prep it would make for a subpar finished product. If you get a quote that says you do the prep, then the company won't stand behind the finished product because you're responsible for the prep work. Troy understood what I wanted, and would do what was required to make it look great. And I think it does look great. The best endorsement a company can get is repeat business. So when I'm ready to do my bathroom that's who I'm calling. That'll be 3 jobs from me. So I feel confident you'll receive the same quality. Don't waste your time at the flooring store."

Other estimates were 3x more. New Star said only resurfacing was needed.. Job took 9 days: 2.5 work + 2 curing + 2 weekend + 2.5 work. They took away the reproach of our ugly patio and gave us a beautiful, new, epoxy covered area when others said it couldnâ t be done. Above all, the owner, Jose, kept his word. I paid him the final payment a day early, and he still came back the next day to apply the final coat."

"Clint and his crew were amazingly professional and treated our house with so much respect. They even bring their own door mat to place inside the door so they can stand on it when they're putting booties on before walking through the house. They patched 4 different holes that were made when we updated the bathtub and shower fixtures and it came out great. The resurfacing itself was even better than I had imagined it in my mind and I love the fact that they use eco friendly chemicals. They even add in bubblegum scents to leave a lovely smell instead of a smell that would clear out the house. I seriously can't rave enough about the job they did!"

Joel Thomas has painted for us in the past, both interior and exterior and does an excellent job. He and his crew clean the areas to be painted, caulk all needed areas and protect screens with coverings and tape areas not to be painted. Their work is very professional and their clean up is excellent. They rechecked all painted areas to be certain nothing was missed."

"I talked with Greg Garrison, one of the owners, over the phone about the type of tile I liked, and he brought out a few boards (since I do not live close to Avon). I absolutely loved one of the tile selections for the floor! He had really tracked exactly what I was looking for. I bought the shower tile from another vendor because I had already chosen these. Greg promptly gave me a quote for the floor tile, and for the installation of the floor and shower tile. I made the downpayment. His company began the work on the exact date they said they would. He came out periodically to check on the work, and talk with me to see how things were going. He gave me pointers on grout selection and sealers. The installer was a true artisan. My shower and floor are gorgeous! Greg is a very nice person, is primarily concerned with the customer being satisfied, sells quality products, and hires professional installers. There were many times I was not at home when they were working, and I felt comfortable. This is not normal for me. Ours was not an easy installation. As often happens, there were some unforeseen contingencies. Nevertheless, he stuck with his original estimate, was courteous, and apologetic for any delays or inconveniences, even if they were not his fault. I give this company my highest recommendation."
