"Mr. Howard responded quickly to my request regarding sudden water stains above fireplaces on two floors. They came out and did a temporary roof repair between storms until storms cleared enough for permanant repair. He even called me at 9 pm on a Friday night during a particularly bad rain storm to cofirm the temp work was effective. It was very effective. Roof damage was repaired, damage to a wood chimney extending up three floors was repaired. We ended up with a full exterior refresh and our house looks great. Work crews showed up when expected. Site was left clean daily. Crew was efficient, polite, respectful of our home and friendly.
