We were able to readily ask questions and always received a quick response (even on weekends). Oren had oversight over every aspect of the project and came to inspect that the work was going as it should. He has good communication skills and made my parents, who are seniors, and myself feel confident in their work as he explained everything and addressed any concerns that came up.
