However he came over on a Saturday and started providing options on our Kitchen renovation that others had not. Additionally he provide the most flexibility, choices and variations on what we wanted to achieve. Additionally he showed us his bio-data on many of his prior renovations, the quality and workmanship was impressive. After several consulting visits, my family was sold on Chris getting the entire project. We were given several choices on the cabinets and colors. With the supply constraints, he was able to get material faster than expected. Overall his team of sub-contractors showed excellent workmanship and attention to detail. They would address all our requests and changes. Additionally, whenever we had issues, Chris would come over to discuss and try to get to a viable resolution, many times including his sub-contractors as part of the discussion Bottom line...if you looking for a general contractor who is very knowledgeable and attentive to your needs, Chris and his team are a great choice."

Renovations in the COVID age are never easy, but they made things simple and safe. Also, they really helped us through the creative process, since our vision was a little more modern than a standard kitchen, and our kitchen isn't huge at all. I couldn't recommend them more, and plan on having them remodel my bathroom in 2023."

"Nathan Kanyas, owner of KN Remodeling and Supplies, was the third of five contractors who bid on our home remodel and we awarded him the job. It included a re-pipe of our entire 2600 sq. ft., 80 year old English Tudor, and a remodeling of the master bedroom suite, dressing room, and master bath. We selected him because he took time to explain in detail how his crew would do the six week jobâ ¦ what could and could not be done to our 80 year home. And most importantly, he promised that whatever we were unhappy with would be redone without argument! He was a man of his word! The job is now complete and we love it! And him! And his ENTIRE crew! They were a pleasure to have in our home!"

"Fantastic. Not only is the end result superb but the process was as smooth and efficient as it could possibly have been. Gino consults you on everything, even after you’ve made the initial choice of cabinets, tile, countertop, scope of work, etc. He talks to you every day to update you. He has people working continuously, all organized so that no time is wasted. Once he started there was not a (week)day when his people weren’t working on my job, usually all day long. He has the work and teams organized and timed so that each one comes to your project as few days as possible, which reduces the cost. Gino is a stickler for detail, and getting everything exactly right, aesthetically and functionally, and the people he hires are very highly skilled with the same attitude. They’re also very clean. They sealed off the kitchen during the demolition so that the dust wouldn’t get to the rest of my open-plan condo. In construction they minimized particulate matter by doing all of the heavy cutting off-site. And they vacuumed the space every day before leaving! I’ve had contractors in several different cities and states and none came even close to this level of work, but it’s how remodeling should be! The price of my project was reasonable given the very high quality of the work, and the scope of work. Gino is very straight with you. The only costs that exceeded the estimate were due to my decisions to upgrade materials, or add a job to the project, and discovery of conditions in the existing structure that had to be upgraded (e.g., electrical). I’ve never been able to recommended a contractor before -- all the ones I’ve had have been so bad -- but I recommend Imperial Remodeling with two thumbs up."

"I had my kitchen remodeled by Pine tree design and construction lately and from the beginning there was a really good connection. I found very nice that Aaron was straight from the beginning. He told me to keep existing wall that I was thinking to remove even thou he could made money of it. The guys always came on time and worked very clean and organized. We had some delay issues but it wasn’t really their fault. Pine tree did a great job in my kitchen and definitely deserves my 5 stars review!"

"We hired top home Remodeling to redo 2 of our bathrooms and put in new flooring throughout our home. Overall we have been very happy with their work. The 2nd project went a little over schedule but our project manager bar was more than made up for it by going above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied with everything at the end of the day. He even suggested improvements in his crews work himself and readily fixed any touchups we pointed out .i am very happy with the service and I will definitely recommend them."
