The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. He is based in Culver City and yet made the trip out to Pasadena a few times to help with making sure I was comfortable with the sample selection. He was very prompt and responsive during scheduling especially when I had to move the date a few times due to delays in remodeling. His team was prompt and came in as scheduled, did a great job and provided me regular updates during the process.
