I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. They've done everything from jackhammering the cement to get out a bad pipe, to climbing on the roof to access the vent pipe, all types of repairs, they have consistently been excellent. When they work in apartments that are occupied by tenants I always get a happy response from the tenants because everything gets fixed right and they clean up their work after they're done. "Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price.
