He went above and beyond to help us and give advice as to what was needed to keep our koi pond in good working order. The next day he actually contacted us to make sure all was well. I told him my husband had fallen and the waterfall had not been turned on as yet. He came over and helped us get it working again. That is rare these days for such great customer service. We will be keeping him in our contacts for more work in the future. "

"DO NOT do business with Pacific Outdoor Living! My husband and I read the limited reviews for this company and thought because they did not have any negative comments, they would be a good choice. We couldn?t have been more wrong. The initial sales representative (Peter) was friendly and communicated great. However, when we met with the designer (Julian) his overall demeanor was suitable but not outstanding, considering the amount of money and time our family was about to embark on with this type of project. In addition, Julian was not very responsive and did not make himself very available. Despite our reservations, we continued to push through the next phases of the project which included a deposit, design, engineering, and permit fees. However, once the project was slated to begin, Julian and the site manager came to our home and began advising of several unexpected and unknown additional cost. Cont."

"Horrible business that doesn?t keep his word and fix his mistakes. He said it was a bad batch of cement and too hot but continued the project after I complained about it. He lied and said he?d fixed it in October when it got cooler and now is not responding to any of my calls or texts. Not professional at all!"
