They walked through many consultations with my family and made clear a variety of options that could happen based on city code, layout of the house and functional needs of my family. During COVID, my parents decided to complete a remodel that initially started with removing a wall for extra space in the kitchen. That then turned into rewiring and insulating part of the house, updating electrical panels, moving and redesigning bathrooms and laundry rooms. "I cannot overstate how happy I am with Ron and his great team from Babylon Builders. I had a dream to have a greenhouse built with a hot tub inside. I was looking for an oasis and a natural garden under one roof. I searched and interviewed many contractors and I at one point thought this idea could not materialize as there were discussions from other contractors who did not seem to get the feel and flow or vision of what I was trying to capture. In addition to the build, the placement of the greenhouse had to be attached to my balcony. "Based on previous satisfactory experience, and our existing travel plans,  most work was accomplished while ne were traveling..  Upon our return and inspection, we determined all work was completed per our agreed contract, the work site was spotless and no unreeled issues were observed.  Since much of the work utilized two subcontractors (paint and roofing) we were very pleased that all work was finished without any involvement on our par.
I saw Todd socially a few weeks ago, and although he is currently committed on two very large projects in the area, he indicated he could accept a third project for me at my convenience ( which I will happily commence soon).
