"Had him rebuild an old patio cover in my yard. All we kept were the posts and two beams. Replaced all else. Came out very nice. Couple months later had him do some porch railing and window sill repairs on a rental house my mother owns. Nice work, very fair price. Will definitely use him again."

"The owner, Carter Gilliam, quickly responds to my request posted on Angi, and arrived my home to check the problem in the same day. Our tall wall facing backyard has water penetration problem for many years. We tried to recruit an expert in this field to pin point the leaking sources for many years. Did not have luck to find one. Carter even call our windows supplier to clarify the problem and the task partition among window supplier and Seal-N-Build. Within 2 days, Seal-N-Build is able to narrow down the problem areas and propose a convincible guide line to solve the problem troubling us for long time. We are very glad that we find Seal-N-Build in such short time. James Lung"
