"They had been cleaning for us for several months since about November of 2013. It started off well and then things started to get forgotten like cleaning the tub and turning of the sprayer in the shower. I was willing to overlook most of the problems but then I referred them to a friend and they worked for friend and they never gave them an estimate and he told them it was going to be $375. I have never paid more than $200 and that was on the initial time. Then my friend tried to negotiate with him and say that was just to much without notifying them first. He just kept hanging up on her and wouldn't work it out. They felt afraid that they would retaliate so they ended up paying $300. We have decided that we will no longer be working with them.
