"We have a house on a slab foundation and the carpet and tack strip had all been stripped out when we bought it. I could not remove the old vinyl as it was stuck down to well. Lane and his crew came in and prepped the vinyl to accept a new vinyl over the top, repaired all the damaged concrete, leveled it up in some places installed the new carpet and vinyl. It looks great! They were very professional. They were on time, got the job done and cleaned up everything when they were done. I am very pleased with the service. I am also pleased with the price. "The installers arrived at the set start time at 8: 00 a.m. on the nose. Talk about punctual. Both men were friendly and courteous. They immediately went to work, first moving our 7 foot tall china cabinet that we could'nt move ouselves. No sooner had they moved it then they began to pull up the old carpet and padding. Because we had some of the subflooring in our living room repaired they had to install some new carpet tack strips which they did very quickly. Did I mention that these guys worked fast? They arrived at 8:00 a.m. and were done by 9:30 a.m. They did our living room and our dining room. When they finished putting their tools away and loaded up the old carpet and pad in their vehicle, they came back inside and vacuumed both rooms. Then they put our monstrous china cabinet back in its place. The carpet looked great and they did a great job of cleaning up. My wife wants to know why I can't work like that around the house.{thanks guys}. I figured that for doing 2 rooms, removing the old carpet and pad,installing new tack strips,installing the new carpet and pad, and also moving that gargantuan china cabinet, that it would take at least 2 hours. Nope, not these two. They were done in 1 and half hours. Originally we were going to have carpet installed by one of the big home improvement stores but they kept adding little surprises to the cost and and extra requirements and hoops we would have to jump through. But not Paint and Carpet Depot. They were upfront on everything and at a better price. We plan to use them again later this year when we finish the rest of our home. <br />"

"They did everything they said they would and went above and beyond. They offer a year warranty on their work, show up on time, and even will come back to fix things. Josh is due to come out to fix some things the HVAC people did in a couple of days. They have a store, and they sell flooring, but I did not know that at the time I ordered carpet from Menards. They had no problem installing what I had purchased from elsewhere. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Seriously, if you need flooring installed, give them a call. I am having them come back to quote tile and hardwood flooring as well."
