"Incredible group of people to work with!!! They replaced my rotten soffit and fascia, installed new guttering and painted entire surface. Even working in direct sunlight, and extremely high temperatures, they took their time to make sure every aspect of the job was done correctly and every problem that I had was repaired. As impressed as I was with the quality of their work and work ethic, I was just as impressed with the job site upon completion. There wasn’t a nail, sliver of wood or even scraped paint chip left when they finished. During the entire process, they worked flawlessly as a team and as one part of the job was finished, someone else followed with the next portion of the job. I highly recommend all of these people and would like to give a HUGE shout-out to Robert, Brenda and Danielle for putting up with my endless, and probably silly, questions!"

"We hired Dereck and his crew for a small deck and steps with handrails, tongue and groove ceiling finishes, concrete patio entrance with steps, under deck skirting closure, small eyebrow roof over a door, corrugated metal siding some walls, and staining to complete our project. Dereck and his guys were easy going, knowledgeable, transparent, communicated well, respectful, and were there to make sure we were happy with the finished job. Looking forward to working with them again in the future! Thanks guys!"

"We hired Stanford's Home Improvements & Repairs to install a screen door and screen in our back deck. They showed up on time, did a great job, completed the work in one day and all at a fair price. My wife and I were very pleased with the completed project."

I don't take on jobs that I have no business doing. I treat my customers with the respect that they're owed. I show up when I say I'm going to and I follow through with my commitments. I keep a meticulously clean work area and I'm willing to work around any needs of my customers. My passion is working on people's homes. I know it means a lot and it takes a lot to invite someone you don't know into your home. It takes even more to offer them your hard earned money in hopes that they respect your home the way it should be respected. My goal for every project is to give my customers the best contractor experience they've ever had. Your home is sacred to you, which makes it sacred to me. Every project I take part in is more than just a job. It's a relationship and an experience. With me, your home is in good hands.

"My home with vinyl siding was pretty dingy with pollen, algae & grime. After Mr. Prater left my home was sparkling. John was very prompt at viewing my property and giving a very fair estimate, he arrived on cleaning day ahead of time, his equipment was first class and well maintained, he and his crew were very courteous and responsive to my needs before, during and after cleaning. After seeing my home my son-in-law had John clean his home and the results were again first class. I’ve been in this area for 23 years and have found many in the cleaning business with various levels of expertise. John Prater is top on my list and I wont hesitate to call on him again."
