"Was able to get quote for replacing a concrete step and walkway based on cell phone photos and a few measurements. Bid came in $500 below the others. Project manager (Chris) keep me in the loop about delays, but the work crew still came in the following Monday and got the job done in one day, and also cleared some brush without extra charge. All exchanges were professional and efficient, brief on words but big on action. Concrete repairs are expensive but I was very happy with the experience and outcome."

"Had them quote me to line my chimney. They provided a quote for the chimney lining, tuck point, and water proofing. Had them complete the work, all was well. The first good wind we had, the chimney cap blew off. It looks like it just wasn?t tightened enough. I reached out to inquire if they?d come back out to place the chimney cap and tighten, and he said they would. Haven?t been able to get ahold of them since to get it scheduled. Other than that issue, I?d love to give 5 stars."

"I had very good success with them. I still use them quite a bit. I just had an estimate from them and they are going to do some work for me this week. The last time they did work for me was last April. They did an excellent job. The place that was remodeled was two hours away. So, they drove up there and back every week. They kept me informed the whole time. They worked really hard to get it done. They run into some issues that certainly were not their fault or anything, but they worked non-stop to get it done in the time frame they promised. I had used them before, but nothing this extensive. It took them probably four or five months to get it all done."

"I called Scott and he came out the same day to estimate and do the work. That was REALLY helpful as we didn't have to take any additional time off for a second appointment. He was able to identify where the leaks were before we had to cut into our drywall, so the repairs were at little as possible. The cracks went all the way down the wall on the seams, so he had to cut the full length of the walls to get to the cracks effectively. Scott worked independently and only had a couple questions while he was doing the work. After it was done, he cleaned everything up nicely. I've waited a couple months before writing this review to make sure that the patching worked. It has held up over these last few big rains we had, where it would have leaked before. I feel very confident that he solved the problem and we won't have any issues with those seams again. If we develop leaks in other seams, I will definitely call Scott again."

"Steve Parker of Duramax responded quickly to our concerns about a roof leak, arriving at our house only two hours after I called him. He made necessary repairs around a fireplace vent in less than an hour. A company I contacted earlier had sent a representative who didn't even go up on the roof but asked me to call him Friday after the next time it rained. After seeing the photos Steve took, I'm sure the roof would have leaked again had I waited. Steve was courteous and professional, and understanding about our concerns. I would hire him again in an instant and recommend him to friends."

"The work was done very quickly and the installers were very professional and clean. Still waiting to see if the roof shingles will lay flat but they assure me they will eventually flatten out. It was tough to start with them. I filled out a contact form on their website but never heard back, so I had to call them to schedule an inspection. I was impressed with their initial inspection. It was very thorough. I was disappointed with the final cost. Lots of things were unclear on the contract and resulted in about $1500 in unexpected charges (like paying $75 for a sheet of plywood that would cost $20-25 retail) and the wrong name of the shingle which added more cost. (That's my fault, for not asking more questions.) I like that they used OwensCorning shingles - that was a major reason why I chose them over the other company."
