Roof installed in one day. Prior to my new roof being installed I had leaks caused by my solar panels. Corey was my initial contact; Michael was the job-site supervisor. They really listened while I expressed my concerns about the solar company ( which caused the leaks in my roof initially) again not sealing my roof adequately. Corey, who was aware of this through his initial inspection and showed us the pictures he took which detail this, offered and did, indeed, return after the solar panels were reinstalled on the new roof. "These Guys are AMAZING. I got an estimate from United Pro for a total siding replacement. I got three estimates and United Pro was the best out of the estimates. Benny the Technician was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that needs to be done, from the insulation to the type of nails that they will use to install the siding. He showed me a bunch of colors and thankfully they had the exact color that i was looking for. The Order for the siding took about a week to come in. Once the siding came, It took them 3 days to complete all the siding. the made my property how it was before they even started the project from the way that they cleaned up. The Dumpster was taken away the next day and that was that. Such a stress free expirance and was a pleasure to have them as my contractors. "The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."

Hiring contractor is always a headache and I always nervous about it, but Jim Rhubart Roofing (namely Munz Roofing) did such a great job repairing my wooden siding! And best part whole process completely stress free. They didn't charge a penny in advance, they called scheduled appointment and told me I didn't even have to be home for the whole project. This was great because I was away for weekend. They brought materials, then came to install them next day. When I got back everything was done and better than new. Then they sent me bill next day and i was happy to pay it. It was extremely fair price too (I got several contracts who wanted 3x more for the same job). I'll be be using them in the future for sure!"
