With no extra cost to me, he put back siding that was loose or had fallen off; repaired the wood rot around an upper window and replaced new aluminum molding to exactly match the adjacent window; and repaired my very leaky sky lite. "On a Tuesday night during a large wind and rain storm, my roof over my mud room began leaking rain water through our light fixture and into the ceiling in our kitchen. We had around 16-18 buckets of water that night. I knew damage had occurred, and although I dont typically place a claim with my insurance company, I knew this was obviously a time that I needed too. My claim representative was going to stop by on Friday to take a look and because another day of heavy rain was coming soon, I knew I needed someone to help with a Tarp and plans to repair the roof, so I placed a message on HomeAdvisor.com and Angieâ s list. I contacted around 4 roofers in the area. I knew that I could Tarp the roof myself, but I thought that taking the risk was just not worth it. I felt it was wiser to lean on someone with experience in that area, to be safe. On Friday morning, Zack from Skyline Construction Group called me. He said, he could stop by and help by first placing a tarp on my roof at no cost to me. I explained to him that a Claim Rep, would arrive around 12:00 and he said, He would also provide any support he could during the review of the damage, by arriving while the claim rep. was here. He said, having a contractor during that time can really help. No one else contacted me that morning, but Zack, so I agreed he should come. He also felt confidant that based on my description of the damage, that insurance would likely help on the roof costs. It was clear to me during our talk over the phone, that he had plenty of experience and to me at this time, I needed exactly just that. Zack arrived at 11:30 and reviewed my roof. He was very professional, kind and explained everything to me. I signed a basic agreement allowing work to be completed by Skyline Construction Group, that the insurance would cover, whether repairs or complete roof replacement. My claims agent arrived and began surveying the damage. It did not take long and Zack alerted me while the claims rep. was still reviewing my roof that, my whole roof would be covered, except that Id have to pay a deductible on my insurance and any smaller costs that were not covered under my plan/insurance. I felt that was quite fair. What Iâ ve learned after working with Zack and Skyline Construction Group , is that .. They tell you the facts. They know what they are talking about because they have the experience to back it up. They follow through with what they say. They also handle much of the paperwork involved with the insurance process which is an added benefit of working with them. My experience has been nothing but positive. Zack represented the company very well and I appreciate all their help in this process!"

"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! "I would highly recommend Harvey and his crew. They are professional, courteous, and punctual. I originally called for the leaks in my bathroom. This revealed the problems with the upstairs bathroom. Harvey gave me options. I chose to have the plumbing replaced and his crew did it magnificently. He installed a new sink, new plumbing for upstairs shower/faucet/drain, tiling, drywall. In my master bathroom, new plumbing, drywall, bathroom exhaust fan and painting. Additionally, I knew I had roof issues but Harvey showed me the extent to which the roof was in disrepair. I did not know I had shingles missing and that there was so much shoddy patchwork done by the previous owner. As a first time homeowner who will live in my house for at least 20 more years, I chose to redo my entire roof (it was last done in 1994). My roof looks amazing now with no exposed wood or damage. The roofing was done in one day. Amazing. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Harvey and his team. I will definitely use them again if I have any more house repairs."

"Weà  à ¢à  à  à  à  ve used Home Advisor for estimates on a number of different jobs. This time we were looking for estimates on some major stucco repair work on one side of our home. Several contractors came out and either felt that the job was too involved time-wise for them or started proposing numbers that were way beyond what we could afford. And then we met Sam from Progressive Renovations. He was affable and encouraging. The job was certainly doable he assured us, but conceded that there might be unexpected work due to the fact that the house was built in 1896. We anticipated this since weà  à ¢à  à  à  à  ve been living here for 47 years. He was very reassuring about any additional costs and when we did, in fact run into several serious foundation issues, Sam and his brother Mel told us we could work everything out at a minimal additional cost. And they were not only true to their word but Sam completed a number of à  à ¢à  à  à  à  extrasà  à ¢à  à  à  à  to make the final result even more satisfying than we expected, Sam and his crack team of masons, carpenters, and painters were frustrated by many no-work rainy days we experienced, but they more than made up for lost days by working full days even on Saturdays. In fact they worked on two different Sundays all day. We certainly would call on them for future jobs. We recommend Progressive without reservations.
