When they arrived they were respectful And extremely knowledgeable. Got 2 rooms and hallway cleaned in 10-15 min and got ALL the stains out. I highly recommend this company. It was my first time getting carpets cleaned professionally and I’m so glad I chose this company. Our stains were high traffic areas and they did a great job I’m very impressed! Only thing I would recommend would be to have a written estimate of services and cost so as not to be confused on project needed. I needed shower floor tile "cleaned and re-grouted" where needed and Robert understood "clean tile and grout". At no extra charge to me he went and got grout and re-grouted where needed. Took them extra time and money but did not charge me more than estimate! Would hire again for other cleaning projects which they said they do."
