"Merritt Aluminum did our original screen enclosure several years ago. Over time the kids damaged a number of the screen panels and they needed replacement. The screen used was a "high view" screen that is no longer manufactured. Dave searched the state to find one remaining role so that I could match the original screens. This company does outstanding work - they take pride in what they do and make sure everything is done properly. I highly recommend them."

"When I contacted Scott through Angies List he called me within minutes. The next day he showed up and gave a detailed estimate. His price was much less than Screen Doctors (like half price) and competitive with the other company. Not only did they rescreen and install the super gutter, they pressure washed the aluminum frame, installed new bolts to secure the enclosure to the patio, and replaced all the door hardware. The job was completed quickly and well-done.  And they accept credit cards. <br />"

"Licciardello Home Improvement (LHI) did an outstanding job installing vinyl siding on my home. Ben, the owner is extremely friendly and professional, explaining every step in detail of what he intended to do. His prices were extremely competitive and I got a lot of value for my money. His crew cleaned up after them selves every day to insure the job site stayed as neat and tidy as possible and as safe for us during evening hours. Ben is a perfectionist and oversees his install crews closely to insure top quality workmanship with attention to detail. I have an older wood frame home in the trees, with lots of shade in Florida, so wood rot was a problem. LHI replaced every single board they didn?t think was sound to insure the vinyl siding would last the life of my home.  I was also having a new metal roof installed at the same time as the siding and LHI identified and corrected multiple structural and workmanship problems that the roofer had caused. After the job was finished the building inspector signed every thing off with no issues or problems. Shortly there after my elderly mother in Pensacola had a stroke, and I had to go there for a week or so to take care of my dad while she was in the hospital. As soon as I got back into town I sat down to write this review. That?s how important it was to me that I got this review finished so anyone that needs vinyl siding should not hesitate to contact LHI. You will not find a better or more competent contractor. <br /> <br />"

Cost is determined by the job.

"Because we had moved our furniture into the tiled kitchen that Mike would run his water hose through, I asked him if there was any chance the hose might leak and cause damage to our furniture. He assured us that it was not a concern of his. Mike arrived on time and did a pre-treatment spray on the stains that we were hopeful would be removed. Unfortunately after cleaning all carpets, the stains remained. We asked if he could spend more time to remove the stains, but were told he needed to get to his next job. Needless to say we were disappointed. Well there WAS water on the kitchen floor that had occurred during the cleaning process. As Mike was gathering up the hoses, I started wiping up the floor fearful that my furniture would get wet or someone would slip on the tile floor. He did not offer to help clean up and did not seem concerned that his service had not met our expectations. On the positive side, the carpet was very clean except for the stains.  <br />"

"FYI - I gave them all B's, not because I'm dissatisfied in any way, but because I'm a hard*ss and there is always room for improvement. I have zero regrets choosing them and would/will definitely use them again if the opportunity comes up. They came recommended from another contractor when I needed some minor aluminum door parts. Went to their shop, they gave me the parts for free, and told me to come back when I needed something bigger done. Now that's what I call a good marketing plan!! Needless to say, they earned my business with this simple, cheap gesture. Got a competitor, who I had used previously, to provide me with a quote anyways just to be safe. Oswald was the better of the two by about $250. The estimator, contractor, and crew were all professional and friendly and committed to doing a good job. Had a weeks delay or so in getting started, and some resultant miscommunication with the estimator, when the county lost the permit application, but it all worked out OK. The head roof installer found a flaw in the engineering plan and immediately informed me to solicit my input. He then took the appropriate actions to correct it. Another example where this project could have taken a wrong turn but didn't because of the professionalism of their crew. Again, I gave them all B's because that's how I am. That said, I personally don't believe you'll find a better firm for this kind of work in the Ocala area and that's the highest compliment I can give. Sincerely, Dan"
