"We had Renew Property Solutions remove our existing asphalt driveway and replaced with concrete. I first reached out on a Sunday evening and Chris contacted me first thing on Monday to schedule an appointment to review the project. Upon meeting with Chris we went over the details of the project and spoke about possible timing of the work. Chris indicated they were out about 3-4 weeks, depending on weather which I completely understood, also working in construction. We received the proposal which was very detailed on scope of work to be performed which we appreciated as we were making slight modifications from our existing layout. Once we finalized the agreement the work was completed within the 3-4 window Chris had originally mentioned, which I was pleasantly surprised with due to the weather during that time! Our project consisted of about 34 yards of concrete, and associated asphalt removal. Work was completed in 2-3 days and we could not be any happier with the end product. Chris's team took pride in their work, worked diligently, and made sure that we were happy by keeping us informed. Upon completion of work the work area was cleaned up and edges backfilled. We also appreciated the consideration of the location of the sawcut joints as our drive fell in between our house and detached garage (that are not parallel with each other) to provide for an aesthetically pleasing layout. In summary, if you are on the fence about attempting to do your driveway on your own like I was, or not, do yourself a favor and just call Renew Property Solutions and have them do it for you!"

"We had a 25 year old deck 14X16 I final had to give in and have it replace with a New Patio...Silvers Concrete was priced fairly...They used a drone to get overhead of my backyard which helped my see the new patio in place before the old deck was removed...Very helpful...Silvers removed the old deck and replaced it with a new 20X20 Patio with curved front and two wedding cake steps...What a bunch of hard working guys on the crew we had...I spent the whole day watching and asking a few questions...Everything was done First Rate...Started At 9AM Finished At 7PM.Day One...Old deck gone and hauled away...New patio and steps framed, poured, and smoothed in to shape...All trash and construction burden gone...Came back the next day spent 2 hours Backfilling and Reinforcing the outside edge of the concrete and then seed the whole area...Best Group of Concrete Guys I've Ever Worked With...I'm not a Pro but over the years I've had concrete work done...around 5 or 6 times... "I had several estimates and MADEWELL CONCRETE was very reasonably priced. They did amazingly quick and efficient work. It was a smooth process from the initial estimate to the removal and replacement of my concrete driveway. The old driveway was removed and the form was built for the new driveway in 1 day and the new driveway was poured the next day. After several days of curing we were using our new driveway. Just keep one thing in mind, some landscaping will be required by the homeowner afterwards but MADEWELL CONCRETE does their best to keep this to a minimum."

"The front porch slab went ok, although we had to follow up with Tony a few weeks later to come back and remove the braces he had installed to the porch roof and wrought iron supports. The backyard sidewalk is a whole other story. We particularly pointed out to Tony that our backyard goes downhill, and we wanted the sidewalk to conform to the ground level because of the way water drains into our yard from downspouts and our driveway. His team worked quickly to put together the wooden molds for the sidewalk. Since we believed they were the experts, we didn't question what they were doing, although I pointed out, again, that the sidewalk needed to go downhill toward the back gate and asked if they didn't need to dig out some dirt to achieve that. Tony said they would do the sidewalk correctly. After everything was poured, we went out to look at the result and saw that the surface did not go downhill, but in fact the sidewalk had been made level (and above ground!). Furthermore, we couldn't open the doors to our garden shed because the sidewalk was so high. Tony was able to quickly move some of the concrete away from the shed doors, but we were still afraid that it would be difficult when the ground froze and shifted. Bottom line was we were unhappy with the sidewalk and we told him so. We said we wanted him to take it out, so we could do it over. When Tony followed up to get the final payment, we talked a couple of times about our problems with the sidewalk. We told him to take the sidewalk out, but he just kept asking for his money (all the while carrying on about how he he needed the money to take care of his family). I was finally tired of arguing with him and we agreed that I would pay the balance less a $200. credit (which my wife is still angry about). In the end, we paid someone else to remove the sidewalk and install a new concrete sidewalk to our specifications. We would just also like to say that we don't like that Tony uses his Christianity as a sales pitch."

"Rogers did an amazing job on my concrete floor in my barn. Took out the old concrete to make a flat, smooth surface. He also did my front horseshoe for a new driveway! Amazing work. I had questions and he was there to explain everything to me so I could understand. Job was left clean and tidy after they were finished. I will hire them again."

"Mr. Bailey certainly knows concrete and does excellent work. He will go the extra mile to please a customer and actually did extra work that was not contracted to do. I would say his only fault is that he has a tendacy to not ask for an appropriate dollar down as a retainer which may lead to his asking for additional dollars before completed. But I am not faulting this - he is basically a new company and I believe is a little lax on telling his customer whether he wants 1/3 down or possibly more. I engaged Mr. Bailey to do the work on my own home and that of my son whose home is directly across from mine. We were both very pleased. I am anticipaing additional concrete work to be done and I will certainly call on Bailey Construction to do the job. It is not easy to find someone who knows the technique of concrete porches, etc. This man does. I would recommend him to anyone."
