"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"We used Tony and crew in 2013 - he is a neighbor down the street and to know Tony and his wonderful family is to know you will be well taken care of. Tony answered any questions we had ahead of time promptly, We had some scheduling issues but only due to weather, and he was great at keeping us in the loop. I am happy to report that after three years the concrete still looked like new--virtually no cracks outside of the expansion joints, a beautiful finish texture and after years of driving on a half gravel, half concrete driveway that sloped TOWARDS the house I was just thrilled to have something that looked this nice...our driveway was one of the only ones that faced the road so the nice broom wave finish pattern just added to curb appeal. "They were right on time, didn't waste any time, got the job done efficiently, cleaned up the area, and they were off to their next job. Despite having underestimated the thickness of the concrete, I thought it was 3" to 4" thick; it was turned out to be 6" to 8" thick, something that didn't bother them and they stuck to our agreement. The landing was 18' long and 4' wide. It was a job well done. They also pour, stamp, seal and color concrete. "They first gave a fairly detailed quote, then in about a month came back to do the work.  They use a pier system and do all the excavation by hand so it does not tear up the yard.  Takes a little longer but in the end i was very good work.  Had to add on a lot of pipe, that should have been noted on the contract and agreed to before it was done, but in the end they only charged for the actual pipe used to pier to foundation.  Very good at clean up.  Recommend them highly if you want a fair and honest job.

We also expanded scope and did slight design tweaks through the process, which Jason was accommodating of and provided revised estimates ahead of starting any new work. Provided pictures are one year out after beds have been expanded and planted in."
