"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. "He originally came out for a minor "roof tune-up", but let me know that our roof was installed improperly a few years ago (different company), which is why all the shingles are falling off, and that we would definitely need more than a tune-up. He gave me a great estimate on replacing our roof as well as a big balcony we have. While he was here, he replaced all the shingles that had fallen off, and repaired some problem areas that he was concerned might leak soon. He was then nice enough to take the time to teach me how I could repair shingles that have fallen off until we are ready to get the entire roof replaced. He did all of this, free of charge!!!

But this was by far my best experience with any contractor ever, and it left me feeling satisfied that someone was friendly, passionate about their job, knew what he was doing, and that he was absolutely fair with the estimates he gave me.  I also still cannot believe he took the time to teach me what he did!
