"Excellent work by Larry. He was professional and quick with 2 stump removals"

"I called Jimmy and we scheduled to meet to get a quote for removing 2 decent size maple trees, stump grinding, removing the dead wood and trimming 3 very large trees on our property. Jimmy was punctual, very friendly and professional. He gave me a very reasonable quote and we scheduled the work with Jimmy a few days later. Jimmy and his crew came out the day he told us and completed the job in a timely manner. He and his crew are very friendly and professional. They also did a great job on clean up after they took care of the trees. We were very satisfied with their work and professionalism. I highly recommend Jimmy's Tree Service and will definitely use him again in the future.

"Getting an estimate and scheduling with A Better Tree was more of a fluid process than I'm accustomed to. There was some rescheduling and talk of shooting for certain weeks with a call a day or two ahead of time. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, just something everyone should be aware of, as some might not be comfortable or able to accommodate this type of arrangement.

The estimate with Dale went well and I appreciated his honest and straightforward approach to doing business. We discussed which items needed to be addressed, those that could wait but would need to be taken care of in the coming years, and those, which could be left alone. After agreeing on which items I would like to be considered, he wrote up an estimate. It wasn't the lowest I received but it was far from the highest. I ultimately went with A Better Tree based on price, comfort of doing business with Dale during the estimate, and his method of climbing trees rather than brining in a truck with bucket.

As I mentioned, scheduling of the work was more fluid than some people might be accustomed to. Thankfully I had enough flexibility to consider their approach, but I'm sure there are others who need something more ridged and concrete. Dale and his crew arrived in the morning and promptly got to work. They worked quickly and efficiently with Dale climbing, roping, and cutting, and the others lowering and removing debris.

I was very pleased with the quality of their work and the value I received. Furthermore, I had multiple neighbors inquire about A Better Tree after seeing the results and learning the cost for services was much more reasonable than they expected or, in some cases, had paid a different company in the past.

Although I have since moved, I have recommended them to several friends and would have no hesitation using A Better Tree again, if I returned to central Indiana.

"Wonderful company to work with. Nicolas and his crew were on time, completed the work in a timely manner and removed all debris."

"They were EXCELLENT !! Very professional & knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was roped off &there was no damage to anything ! The 'clean up' was top notch & they were all super hard workers & very efficient !! I would never use anyone for tree work except for them !!"

"Outstanding work. I called, they came and the large tree that would have costed thousands in damage is on the ground. Major stress reliever. We live on 10 wooded acres that has an abundance of large trees. Duncans will do all of my future tree service needs. His charges were reasonable and fair. It's nice to know a guy.... And now I know a guy that can take care of my woods."

"Peggy and the folks at Start to Finish are top notch!  They were friendly, knowledgable, accurate and most helpful.  I hope to use them in the future for more landscaping work around our new home.  I highly recommend them!

"He was fantastic. Answered right away and came by the house within minutes on his off time to quickly give me a quote. I needed it moved for septic guys that were coming so he moved a job for me just to ensure he'd get to us in time. Arrived before septic guys and cleared the way for them before ran came. Said he'd have his guys return the next day which they promptly did to chip and haul. Returned the next day for payment. Prompt, thorough, friendly/available, and incredibly responsive. I'd recommend them every time and definitely plan on using this company again."

"Very well! Chase came out, looked at the trees, gave me a quote. He came back about 10 days later and cut down both trees. Chase pays close attention to what you are saying, and understands what you want. He does great work and cleans up after the job is finished! I have already given his name to three friends!"

"Excellent service.  Good communication prior to service and Tim called ahead to let me know when he would arrive.  Tim was very knowledgeable regarding the various plants, shrubs/bushes and trees in our landscaping.  He provided recommendations and was very flexible to meet our requests.  He and his employee worked diligently and did an excellent job.  Would recommend this company for future services."
