"We needed to increase the height of the railing on our stairwell for safety, so we had a custom iron rail made to go on top of the existing wood piece. The railing Loftus made is beautiful and exactly what we need. (Pic attached – we will be adding an additional wood top rail soon). Although we know the job was small for them and didn't expect to be in constant communication, I would say that the communication was a bit lacking. But – it did get made and installed! However, installers seemed to be hurried and caused a couple scratches in our existing wood top (which I had just refinished)."

Countless emails, calls etc. Just got off the phone with Charles who went off on me because he thought I was some other guy. But at least I let them finish the job, not like the other guy from last year. Well, apparently I am not the only one."

The bathroom was completed but they installed a piece of the wall covering with a large chip in it and installed the bathroom stool incorrectly that caused it to leak.
