She had a high end vacuum cleaner which removed all the cat hair. Then she used a steam mop to clean the floors. She will also wax the floors if you want. I can now walk on my floors with confidence knowing I won’t pick up cat hair. Floors are thoroughly clean. She is a true professional and I look forward to her working for me a long time.
