We are Carly & Seven and have been in the property management and maintenance business for 15 years. HVAC certified. We are licensed and insured. Our main service is pressure washing. We originally started the business to serve churches and commercial accounts but we like spreading the word and helping all people. "Paul and Brandon (father and son) from Dynamic Stucco worked on my ceiling which had humidity damage from the just installed jacuzzi. The tape in the ceiling, including nails that had been used were coming apart and the ceiling was threatening to fall down. Paul, assessed the situation and said he could do the job and I wouldn’t be able to tell where the work had been done. He also used screws to ensure the drywall was securely fastened so further damage would not be possible. Also, he mentioned my the area would be cleaned to spotless condition. He was right on all accounts. I highly recommend Paul and his son to fix anything “drywall”"

"First day of my vacation and there was no heat!  I didn't tell them it was my birthday, and so far it was miserable.  But I called and asked if someone could come out and find out what was wrong with my HVAC system.  I called the company that installed it, and they wanted an exorbitant up front price.  Hood's only wanted a fair, nominal fee to diagnose the problem, which I was so thankful for.  I live in Oak Ridge and was starting to think nobody would come.  They sent Chris out the same day, and without complaint he stayed as long as it takes to figure out everything he would need to do to get us up and running.  I have an older system and I expected a sales pitch.  Didn't get one.  I got straight up workmanship.  Chris was honest and knew what he was doing.
I told them I could give them the money to fix the unit on Friday.  So Friday, Chris came back out, with the new part I was missing (blower motor) and took care of the job.  
He didn't do anything that might make the visit more expensive.  He did everything he could to be considerate of the expense, and he was extremely polite the entire time.  When he was done, I spoke to Mary on the phone who always sounds like she's so very happy.
I was impressed by their professionalism.  They went above and beyond what is required in their work and I will never consider using anyone else until I've asked Hood's for other jobs I will have around my property.
