Now working great again ! Expensive but very nice to do business with ! Will use again ! Other than for the High Service charge & cost of the Freon i would have given them 5 stars all around !"

Usually just one person comes out and does it. Usually it is the same person but it is not always the same person. Usually it is a small set of people so sometimes we recognize each other and sometimes we don't. The service contract itself is about $350. The price depends on the age of the unit, whether it is gas or electric or that kind of thing. I even recommended them to my mom."
