Our dryer was running however it was not heating up and actually drying the clothes. On Saturday morning by 830AM, Frank called me to discuss the issue and provided a description of what could be wrong with the dryer. He also provided estimates for the different possible issues and provided a window he would be out at the house that day. Frank texted me that he was on his way, arrived promptly, examined the dryer, let me know what the issue was, and let me know what the cost would be. He fixed the dryer quickly and even cleaned out the dryer vent while he was here. Fast response, great work, would recommend and use House Appliance Repairs again. Pricing seemed fair and reasonable to me."

"Extreemly fast service ! Lucky they were in the area ! Were over within 1/2 hour of calling ! Another 1/2 hour or so and the job was done! Checked the Air Cond. out and replaced 4lbs of Freon ! Now working great again ! Expensive but very nice to do business with ! Will use again ! Other than for the High Service charge & cost of the Freon i would have given them 5 stars all around !"

"We have a service contract with them; they do regular maintenance. They come out roughly every six months. The labor and visit was free. It takes about an hour to get the work done. Usually just one person comes out and does it. Usually it is the same person but it is not always the same person. Usually it is a small set of people so sometimes we recognize each other and sometimes we don't. The service contract itself is about $350. The price depends on the age of the unit, whether it is gas or electric or that kind of thing. I even recommended them to my mom."
