"Rich, company owner, responded quickly to my request for an estimate and scheduled the evaluation for a few days later. His estimate was fair and more affordable than 2 other estimates I had previously gotten from other floor refinishing companies. We scheduled a date for the job to be done 2 weeks later. Rich was a good communicator & answered my questions I had leading up to the job, via emails/texts. Alex (contractor) actually did the floor refinishing, alone & he did a fabulous job refinishing our dining room, living room & 2 closets. The floors are old, white oak and now have new life breathed into them! A hole in one of the closet floors needed to be patched and he did that job very well too. Alex worked 8 hour days and left the house tidy & with as little dust as possible.
