"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

"We would HIGHLY recommend Sam and Price Flooring and Tile! He helped us with so many things to update our 90s home! - complete demo and remodel of hall bath including removal of old bathtub and built a beautiful tile, walk in shower - installed LVP in the basement, first floor and stairs - demoed old tile flooring, ripped up carpet and overall leveled floors - installed new trim throughout - baseboards, doorframes, windows, both staircases which included custom cuts and angles - installed vanity and toilet in basement bathroom - complete remodel of our powder room installing a pedestal sink and beadboard walls with many custom cuts and angles - installed a beautiful beadboard wall in basement that hid several imperfections in the wall - helped us remodel our laundry room to make it more functional for our family Sam was so great to work with and we were able to do more than we initially planned because of his experience! He is trustworthy, clean, punctual and very responsive! "
