"He refinish floors at three different properties for me and has done a fantastic job."

"Bobby and his crew were great! Bobby was a wonderful, responsible project manager, who stopped by at the beginning and throughout the project to ensure everything was done correctly. His crew is full of efficient, really great men and we are very impressed with their work. They arrived on time every day, did expert work, and completed the project much quicker than we expected. I would highly recommend Lovell's Hardwood Flooring to anyone who has any sort of hardwood flooring needs."

"Cody and Ryan were awesome! This was the first time Iâ ve ever had to do a project like refinishing wood floors, and I am so grateful that it was Cody who was guiding us. He was encouraging of our style and helped me feel confident in the overall finish, which covered over 2000 square feet. Their work has been the highlight of our new home."

"They made the effort to prevent the dust kicked up by the floor refinishing from travelling all through the house. They cleaned and then cleaned some more before they stained the wood. I am very satisfied with the job they did."

"Sam did a great job on installing our Luxury Vinyl Planks, Laminated Flooring and Quarter Round. We had 5 rooms done and are very happy with the results. Sam showed up on time and completed the job as promised. I highly recommend Sam for all your flooring needs! Very experienced and detailed oriented! Very Happy!!! Great Job Sam!!!"

"The owner of the company, Ryan installed luxury vinyl plank on the first floor of my two story home. The space is quite large but Ryan completed the job promptly and did an excellent job installing the flooring. He also installed quarter round which looks fantastic with the flooring. I will definitely use Prime flooring again for future flooring needs!"

"tl;dr: Amazing customer service and quality work! Thanks, Mike! We are on a tight schedule closing on a house mid November and needing to get the floor refinished before we can move in and host family for the upcoming holidays. Mike was awesome and able to fit us in, even with our aggressive schedule! He was able to put an estimate together just based on a floorplan I mocked up, since we didn't have easy access to the house before closing for him to do a walk-through. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his eye for color/undertones and his great stain recommendations as a result. He even came by our current house to pick up the first payment for the project, which I appreciated as a homebody! I would have left a 5 star review on all that alone, but Mike continued to go above and beyond for us. My husband has very exacting standards and there were a few areas he wasn't fully happy with. Mike came back out to reinspect those areas - one or two of which did need a correction, and I'm sure some of which were my husband being a bit picky. Mike not only agreed to have the crew take another pass over the floor, but the crew was already there and got started immediately! Thank you, Mike! You made our lives easier and helped us put one of our first stamps on the new home. I appreciate your friendliness and amazing customer service!"

"Now I have beautiful floors"

"I was having trouble finding the right company to refinish/restore my vintage Heart Pine Floor - but glad I found AA & H Flooring. It was amazing how thorough Ethel was when she reviewed the possibility of doing the job when she came to the house to provide an estimate. Her team of floor sanders and refinishers were meticulous. If I were to give them a grade of an A or A-plus, I would give them an A-plus-plus! They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to other people looking to have an old hardwood floor refinished!"

"Tim and his crew were a delight. He and his team repaired my wood floor and baseboards, a job that took extreme craftsmanship because the materials in my older home are no longer available. They came up with a solution and the finished job looked as if it was the original decor. Would I hire Tim and his crew again? You bet! I’m sending him a punch list of repairs with the reassurance that the job will be done with care and excellence. Thank you!"
