"We had great contact from Zepp Construction from the get go. All of the crew were exceptionally polite and careful. They were there on time and worked continuously. Tearing off the old roof took a shorter time than originally anticipated since it was so very old. Which was good because the previously unseen lumber damage was greater than what we could see from the walk around. Taylor made sure that we knew this could be the case when he gave us his bid and we were anticipating it.  The bit of extra free time also allowed us to add another repair to the barn that we did not ask for originally: after seeing Zepp's big lifting machine we had them replace a somewhat damaged, ugly but serviceable cross beam while he had the machine there. <br />"

They listened to what we said we wanted adjusted. They clarified and did it just how we wanted it to be done. I would definitely use them in the future. They charged us $100,000 less on our house. I don't thing there is anything that we would have expected them to do differently. We were thoroughly pleased. I would use them again in future."
