"They were excellent, I would highly recommend. Everyone was very professional and showed up right when they said they would. They were gentle and everything arrived intact. They had us on the road in no time."

"Although the cleaning that was completed was good, I was displeased with the company's organization and communication. When I spoke with Cathy on the phone, I was very clear about my needs for this project, and she did not convey those needs to the ladies who did the project. In the end, I was made to pay the full price originally quoted to me, even though all of the services promised were not performed. Plus, the ladies didn't have proper equipment handy, since they didn't know the extent of the job, so it took them a lot longer, and I ending up waiting around for the cleaning to be finished at 11:00pm, 11 hours after they started."

"Ryan arrived on time. He explained to us about how we should deal with our home being in such disarray due to our age and physical disabilities. He was very courtious and respectful despite the insurmountable appearance of our neglected home since we decided we no longer wish to masquerade as hoarders. He was not judgemental and was very understanding how we could have let it happen since my wife had a shoulder injury and I am still recovering from recent surgery. He accomplished a good deal of the things that needed to be done. All of which we had wanted to get done today for his first visit was done nicely and professionally. We appreciate his kind understanding of our situation and not judgeing. We are looking forward to his next visit to continue our endeaver to have our home be more livable and less cluttered."

"Aaron and Sterling were great! They arrived 15 min early, ready to work. They worked quickly and without delay, finishing the job a little early. I will hire them again if I need additional moving help."

"I was not pleased at all. They wanted $400 for the first time. I felt like they were pros. I have to have my oven repaired. I went to invite a guest, the top sheet was not folded under the mattress. They did not really know how to make a bed. They did not clean and mop the dining room. Overall I was disappointed."

FAQs for maid service projects in Morton, WA

Yes, many people find hiring a cleaning service to be a worthwhile investment. A professional cleaner frees up hours you’d spend scrubbing floors and usually delivers a deeper result than a quick DIY pass. If you juggle family schedules, host guests, or simply value your weekends, the fee can be money well spent. Regular visits also protect finishes by using the right products on every surface. In short, you’re buying both a cleaner home and extra time in your day.

Start by comparing quotes and asking about recurring‑service discounts, as many companies drop their rate by $5 to $10 per visit when you schedule weekly or biweekly cleanings. Bundling tasks, such as window or appliance cleaning, into one appointment also reduces the trip fee. If your home needs only light upkeep, hire an independent cleaner and reserve a company for deep cleans. Tackling easy chores yourself keeps paid hours down without sacrificing a professional finish.

For one‑time or occasional jobs, plan to tip 10% to 20% of the total bill. Hand the gratuity directly to your cleaner or leave it in a labeled envelope if you won’t be home. When a crew tackles the work, split the tip evenly among team members. Routine weekly service usually doesn’t require a tip every visit, but many homeowners give a larger holiday bonus to show appreciation for consistent care.

Most companies arrive with commercial‑grade vacuums, microfiber cloths, and standard cleansers, so you don’t have to stock anything. Others ask you to provide basic tools or specialty products, especially if you prefer eco‑friendly or fragrance‑free solutions. Always confirm what’s included during the quote. If you have marble counters, for example, make sure the pro brings a stone‑safe cleaner or have it ready yourself to avoid accidental etching.

A routine cleaning of an average‑size home generally takes one to three hours. Deep cleans—scrubbing grout, wiping baseboards, moving furniture—stretch to three to six hours. A thorough move‑out service can run four to eight hours because every cabinet, drawer, and appliance needs attention. Square footage, clutter level, and the number of cleaners on the crew ultimately dictate the time frame, so ask for an estimate when you book.
