"I had my roof replaced this fall and was very pleased. David G. was my salesperson and he did a great job of explaining the warranty, quality and helped me feel confident in choosing RROC. The install crew was here on time and did an exceptional job. I'm 5 star happy with RROC! Thank you !"

"Leo was polite friendly and on time. His crew was also polite friendly and on time. They cleaned up afterwards and I am happy with the job. He even agreed to guaranteeing the roof will pass inspection when I sell my house. Great price."

"I ordered new gutters with facia. The saleman did not check a box on the paperwork, and they installed the new gutters on water-damaged facia boards. They REFUSE to replace the facia now that gutters are installed, even though it was THEIR ERROR. Supposedly they did not charge me for the facia boards. The installer did a poor job of the gutters because in one highly visible area by my front porch their is a joint where two boards come together at 90 degrees at a corner. One board hangs down below the other more than an inch. It is completely misaligned and looks TERRIBLE. I told them about this and they REFUSE to fix it. For several months now I have been complaining to the same sales staff person that there is one corner of the gutter that has a clearly visible drip. I have taken pictures and reminded him that I need it fixed several times. The gutters were installed in February! So it has been WELL over 3 months that I have been asking for this repair. So far I still have not been told when to expect someone to come out. As for the facia, the only solution I was offered was that if I had my siding replaced by them they could replace the facia and gutters at that time. Also take note that before the gutters I also had Dabella install a very expensive new roof, with a 50-year warranty. AND I also had them replace ALL of my windows with their most expensive, best-performing triple-pane windows. I have been more than a loyal customer, never demanding, and wrote a gleaming review for them immediately after the roof install (which went quite well, as did the windows install). I am definitely not satisfied with how I am being treated considering how much business I gave this company. And the gutters? Well I am not very happy with the corners. The seams are cut jagged and look ugly to me. But I am still really mad about the facia. The rotten wood was 50% of why i wanted new gutters. I initially contacted them to fix the rotten facia and replace the gutters that caused the damage to begin with. Then they upsold me on a new roof. Then after the gutters (which I fully expected to get fixed, facia and all) were installed I decided to get the windows. I feel like I am being ignored. I wonder what kind of warranty service to expect from them in the future. Clearly they are not honoring their warranty on the leaky gutter. My confidence has weaned considerably in them."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

Small jobs welcome

"Why can we only leave a 5 star rating? Christopher and crew exceeded our expectations for our restoration project. Our project was to replace the decorative wrap on the 16 foot support columns on the entrance porch at the front of our house. The original wrap was 20 years old and parts had begun to rot. During the bid process Christopher suggested that we replace the wooden wrap with a Hardy plank type material that would last longer than wood. (the original wood wrap was painted). During the removal of the original wrap we noticed that the wrap framing was fairly lightweight, just enough to give the wrap something to be nailed to. Christopher removed the lightweight framing and installed a stronger frame. The new wrap that was installed looks considerably better and richer. The attention to detail, down to the router work on decorative panels, is impressive. Christopher was very responsive to our questions and every day they left the worksite spotlessly clean."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

FAQs for metal roofing installation and replacement projects in Morton, WA

Copper roofs can last 100 years or more, so you’re likely never to need another replacement. Regular maintenance, including annual inspections and occasional cleaning, keeps them in top shape. Work with a licensed roofer for any repairs or inspections to be sure the roof stays watertight and performs as expected.

Cleaning a copper roof averages $460, sealing costs an average of $3 per square foot, and broader repairs cost an average of $6,500.While those figures may seem steep compared to simple maintenance, they’re still far less than the cost of a complete replacement. Staying on top of annual cleanings and quick fixes helps keep costs down and allows the roof to reach its 100-year lifespan.

That green hue is a natural patina that forms as copper reacts with air and moisture. In coastal areas, it can appear in five to seven years; in dry regions, it may take up to 14. The patina shields the copper, so letting it develop is perfectly fine. If you prefer the shiny look, you can have a pro apply a clear sealant and recoat it as needed.

You can paint a copper roof, but it will block the natural patina and may shorten the roof’s lifespan. Once paint goes on, future upkeep becomes more involved—you’ll need to scrape and repaint every few years. Most homeowners skip painting and opt for cleaning or a clear sealant to keep the copper looking its best.

Copper holds up well in nearly every climate. In a humid region, it naturally resists fungus, moss, and algae. In snowy or windy areas, it sheds precipitation and stays firmly in place, as long as it’s installed with room to expand and contract. That flexibility helps the roof stay leak-free through temperature swings and harsh weather year after year.
