"Mark's team did a great job sanding and refinishing our oak flooring with a minimum of dust and disruption to us while we stayed in our home. "I'm not sure about value for the money. I felt they were high, but I don't really know. They replaced the sub floor around the toilets in 2 bathrooms and replaced all the sub floor in another. Charged 1800. We were in a real bind and they did it on a Saturday."
