John demo'd old drywall, removed old insulation, and meticulously dismantled the wall framing such that it can be easily reinstated after our drain system is installed. He has some barbecue business on the side and it seems like he is more interested in the barbecue business than his construction business. He was very personable. He did lose my phone number but people lose phone numbers, that's not a big deal.
