"Good: Manager was prompt and professional in assessing our termite needs and created a reasonable bid. The crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date and quickly tented out house.
Not so good: Installation process damaged a sprinkler head, chipped a concrete stair, broke off a stone face piece on a retaining wall, and left a strip coating of glue on a rock wall. Dirt from our garden area was taken to hold down tent edges in various locations, including the roof. A wheelbarrow load of dirt was dumped on a shrub, which was difficult to remove and was h****** the plant. Other clean up issues remained, including removing loose dirt from the roof. Something quite heavy must have been dropped on the concrete stair in order to chip part off.
Resolution: Management scheduled an appointment to review the problems and provided a reasonable and satisfactory resolution. I believe that Proven Termite Solutions' management is genuinely concerned about providing good customer satisfaction and I am pleased with the ultimate result.
