But what also impressed me is that both were very kind to the workers but also did not allow for any negative behavior or sloppy work. It was amazing. They took a terminally basically destroyed house and turned it into a home, a palace, an oasis. I could not believe the transformation of the house. I had no experience in remodeling, and with the help of Mr. Baser and Betancourt they would advise in terms of which tiles to use for my needs, appliances, and on top of that, transformed the entry to an upstairs unit to be more private, thus turning the house into two private entries. In addition, I had an official laundry room with sink and all, which before there was none. I was so touched by their care and attention to details as if it was their own home they were remodeling.
