"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"Victor helped our family out during a very stressful rat infestation that happened right after a death in the family. He was super responsive, kind and sensitive to what we needed. This was for my sister, who is not comfortable having many people in her home, and Victor took great care of her. He caught the rats, sealed up all the holes, and got us sorted quickly during a stressful time. I would highly recommend this great family business. This man is passionate about catching rodents and taking care of his clients."
