Mr. Parr did all the prep work: painted the base of the cabinets in 1 day, with a 2nd coat soon after. When all the new doors and drawers arrived, he painted them and installed them. "Richard Cranner with Cross Cabinets looked at the broken drawer on my Grandfather's dresser that I had inherited.  I was afraid that the drawer could never be replaced.  Richard made a brand new drawer to match and with the stain he used. I can't tell which one is the new one.  Very pleased with this restoration."

"They're a subcontractor for Home Depot. They did everything. They were fine. If there was something wrong, we called Depot and then they came out and fixed it. So, there was no problem with that. But the only other thing was, there was a little problem at first, with the inspections. They weren't quite up-to-date with what had to be inspected and what shouldn't be inspected and that sort of thing. One guy came in here and it was the wrong inspector and they were going to go along with it. At first, I was a little bit upset about that. So, I called up on my own and talked to the inspection department and got it straightened out because it was going to cost an even bigger amount than I paid. They came back here and they said we had to put hardwired fire and smoke detectors in the house because we were remodeling. I said, I was remodeling one bathroom, not the house. So, we got that straightened out. The price was pretty high. They had good guys who knew what they were doing. It was just one of their inspectors."
