After taking a look at the job, he sent us to a showroom in Golden Valley to choose our carpet--eliminating all the sales-pitch/middle-man nonsense--and we took some samples home. When we'd picked what we wanted, he ordered, delivered and installed it. Our basement has several pillars in it so he had a lot of odd cuts to do but they're all perfect. The best part is that a few years after the original install, we ripped out an adjacent bar area and wanted to add carpet in that area. He pulled our records, ordered more carpet and patched it up so well that I'd forgotten we even had it done. He also did the stairs and we're very happy with the whole process.  <br />"
